I made a meditation video after work yesterday. It's five minutes. You have to use headphones because it's so quiet, but take them out right before I ring the bowl because that part is super loud.
Three days ago I was super tense, and I had this meditation by Sandra Maitri on in the background while I was cooking and it left me with such a feeling of relief from my head-spinning day. I made this video to keep the feeling going and to try my hand at leading a meditation.
